Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers very nice rooms that are super clean and modern looking, although they lack charm. The service is friendly and helpful, yet there was a mix-up with the lounge access recommendation. The location is excellent, being close to stores and numerous restaurants, with easy access to various activities. The dining experience could be improved with more variety. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor issues to note.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite spacious, but they were above the bar, which could get noisy. On a positive note, the room had a high ceiling on the second floor, providing a sense of space. However, the patio was the same as others with no notable distinctions. The lack of added perks was a downside.
Despite arriving after a horrendously exhausting drive, the rooms at the hotel were big, well-furnished, and very clean. However, they were poorly soundproofed, allowing noise from the freeway and other guests to be disruptive. On the positive side, the rooms included a fridge and a coffee maker.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms, though slightly old and with a few damages, were surprisingly very comfortable, offering a great night's sleep with a very cozy bed. The overall retro and cute ambiance added a nice touch. The cleanliness was impressive, and the bathroom, with its chic sliding door, was lovely. The value for money was excellent. The only downside was a slight smell on the blanket, possibly from a previous guest.
The hotel is a gem for exploring the stunning Santa Ynez Valley, with its modern decor and convenient breakfast delivery service. The service was outstanding, making our stay truly pleasant and stress-free. While the location is ideal for wine tasting and shopping, the dining experience fell short with lackluster breakfast options. However, the overall value for money is exceptional.
The hotel has a lovely location convenient to various Santa Ynez attractions and activities. The rooms were delightful and well-scented, but the dining left much to be desired. The service was friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay overall.
